Used by private companies & diversified equity management platforms
Our Issuers API allows an issuer to seamlessly send their cap-table data as of a record date and/or receive Transfer data from the NPM platform. Issuer Data is specified in OCF (Open Cap-table Format).

For Investors
Used by GPs, LPs, Employees, & Ex-Employees
Our Investors API allows a stakeholder/Investor to send basic account information, portfolio holdings and marks in a given Pre-IPO companies across various asset types. Holdings and Stakeholders Data is specified in OCF (Open Cap-table Format).

For Law-firms
Used by Law-firms advising VC-backed / Pre-IPO companies and their Investors
Our Law-firm API allows an Issuer's counsel to receive secondary-related agreements pertaining to a transaction with the approval of the Issuer in PDF format. Agreements include Stock Transfer Notice, Stock Transfer Agreement, Option Exercise Agreement, Side Letters, and many others.
